Voice answers are transcribed so they can be included in your assessment. We also collect basic technical data needed to operate the service, such as log-in and usage information.

We use your information to provide the service: conducting your interview, generating your scores, risk map, 90-day plan, and Exit Playbook, and maintaining your account. We may use contact information to send service-related messages and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of.

Your interview answers and business data are confidential to your account. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other users, buyers, or brokers unless you explicitly choose to share it.

We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, and AI processing of interview content. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and under appropriate safeguards.

We keep your data while your account is active so your scores, playbook, and history remain available to you. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it except where retention is required by law.

We apply access controls and row-level security so that each account can only access its own data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.
