Bizzter provides an AI-assisted exit readiness assessment: an interview, readiness scores, a risk map, a 90-day plan, and a documented Exit Playbook based on the information you provide.

Bizzter produces a readiness assessment, not a certified business valuation, appraisal, audit, or legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Scores and reports are informational tools to help you prepare. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions about selling or transferring your business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. The quality of your results depends on the completeness and accuracy of your interview answers.

Paid features are billed as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your business information and interview answers remain yours. Bizzter retains all rights in the platform itself, including its scoring methodology, software, and design. We grant you a license to use the reports and playbooks generated from your own data for your business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizzter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Bizzter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on a score, report, or playbook.
